Hi, I’m Kelly Moates, LLC, a licensed professional counselor with experience supporting clients through relationship challenges, school and work stress, grief, and burnout. My approach is person‑centered and trauma‑informed, drawing from cognitive‑behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths‑based work.
Together, we will set clear goals, move at your pace, and build practical tools you can use outside of session.
Counseling sessions are typically 50 minutes and can be held in‑person or online, depending on your needs and preferences.
